Mindset Coaching – Tools and strategies to strengthen discipline, focus, and confidence. Ongoing Support – Weekly check-ins or in-person sessions (Boca Raton, FL) plus text/email access. Dynamic Customization – Plans evolve as you progress, ensuring continual results. Holistic Guidance – Integrating physical, mental, and lifestyle strategies for transformation from the inside out.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be scheduled online via our website. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on the waitlist. Confirmation: Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email or text with the details. Please review this information carefully and contact us if any changes are needed. Joining the Waitlist: If your desired appointment time is not available, you may join our waitlist. Should an earlier time become available, you will be notified and given the option to accept the appointment. Notification Process: Waitlist notifications will be sent via email/text and appointments will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Please respond promptly to secure your spot. Automatic Cancellations: If you do not respond to a waitlist offer within 8 hours, the available slot will be offered to the next person on the list.
